Todd Geiman has the unique advantage of serving as Aligned’s only board member with both school administration and business management experience. That combination helps the team view issues and policies through the lens of both educator and executive.
He is senior vice-president and manager of HomeDirect Mortgage, the Consumer Direct Lending Division of BOK Financial, a $28 billion financial services company. In his role, Todd has responsibility for recruiting, training and maintaining the consumer direct division which includes all aspects of the mortgage process from origination to closing.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, Todd has a proven track record of building mortgage lending divisions. Most recently he served as executive vice president at National Bank of Kansas City where he led a consumer direct mortgage division which generated more than $2.4 billion in revenue in 2012.
Todd earned a bachelor’s degree from Bethany College and a master’s degree in education from Washburn University. He served as an assistant basketball coach while in graduate school at Washburn University and as the assistant principal/athletic director and basketball coach at Spring Hill High School in Spring Hill, Kansas from 1989 to 1993.
In addition to Aligned, Todd serves on the board of Power Group Basketball, a competitive AAU youth boys’ basketball organization. He has also volunteered as a coach for competitive youth basketball teams over the past several years. He resides in Stilwell, Kansas with his wife Cindy of 30+ years and has three children, Shelby, Bailey and Tyler.
